Ingredients:
- Cumin Seeds
- Fennel Seeds (saunf)
- Garam Masala
- Green Chillies
- Red Chillies
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Red Onion
- Tomatoes
- Red Kidney Beans
- Salt
- Dhaniya Powder
- Chilli Powder
- Lime Juice
- Coriander Leaves
- Fry the jeera, saunf, garam masala, green chillies -4, red chillies- 2, ginger and garlic.
- Add chopped onions (3/4) . fry . add little salt. Fry well..add handful rajma. Fry.
- Add 2 ½ tomatoes. Let it cook.
- Cool it down. Grind it.
- Take pan, add masala. Add dhania and chilli powder.
- Keep cooking till it dries and gets a nice brick color.
- Once colors starts appearing, add Rajma & water. Let it dry.
- Once its thick gravy, add more salt. Add water to get desired consistency.
- Lime and coriander to top it off.
