Rajma Masala

Ingredients:
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Fennel Seeds (saunf)
  • Garam Masala
  • Green Chillies
  • Red Chillies
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Red Onion
  • Tomatoes
  • Red Kidney Beans
  • Salt
  • Dhaniya Powder
  • Chilli Powder
  • Lime Juice
  • Coriander Leaves
Recipe:
  • Fry the jeera, saunf, garam masala, green chillies -4, red chillies- 2, ginger and garlic. 
  • Add chopped onions (3/4) . fry . add little salt. Fry well..add handful rajma. Fry. 
  • Add 2 ½ tomatoes. Let it cook.
  • Cool it down. Grind it.
  • Take pan, add masala. Add dhania and chilli powder.  
  • Keep cooking till it dries and gets a nice brick color. 
  • Once colors starts appearing, add Rajma & water. Let it dry. 
  • Once its thick gravy, add more salt. Add water to get desired consistency. 
  • Lime and coriander to top it off.
