Take pan , add little ghee followed by lot of jeera seeds, chopped coriander, kasuri methi, ginger slices in juliennes and lot of (6? Perhaps) green chillies – juliennes and three pepper corns.
Once color changes in chillies, add 1 big chopped onion and a little salt.
Once fried, add peas and keep frying.
Add 3 chopped tomatoes. Let it cook.
Cut paneer into small cubes. Add jeera powder and salt on paneer. Mix it.
Little dry roast paneer, add it to the cooking mixture, keep frying ..
Add water as req. Add a pinch of tandoori masala and garam masala powder. Add red chilli if required…
