Ingredients:
- Mutton
- Onions
- Whole Garam Masala
- Jeera
- Chilli Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Dhaniya Powder
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Butter
- Lime
- Garam Masala powder
- Add oil in a pressure cooker followed by whole garam masala and jeera seeds
- Add chopped onions, and let it fry
- Once golden brown add chilli, jeera, dhaniya, turmeric powder, ginger & garlic paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves, 1 tsp of more of coconut powder and salt
- Saute them, add mutton and water and pressure cook.
- Take a pan, add butter, garlic paste, curry leaves and pepper powder.
- Add cooked mutton and cook till dry.
- Garnish with lime and coriander leaves (some garam masala optional at this point.)
