Mutton Fry
Ingredients:
- Mutton
- Onions
- Whole Garam Masala
- Jeera
- Chilli Powder
- Jeera Powder
- Dhaniya Powder
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Curry Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Butter
- Lime
- Garam Masala powder
- In a pan, add oil, whole garam masala and jeera seeds
- Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric salt and mutton and let it fry.
- Add some water and cook with closed lid till mutton is soft and well cooked
- Take another pan, add butter, ground garlic, pepper corns, jeera (along with little jeera)
- Add green chillies (half slit) and curry leaves.
- Add half a tsp of chili, jeera and dhaniya powder and fry will.
- Add cooked mutton, cook till almost dry and add coriander leaves.
- Cook till dry, add lime and serve.
