Mutton Fry

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton
  2. Onions
  3. Whole Garam Masala
  4. Jeera
  5. Chilli Powder
  6. Jeera Powder
  7. Dhaniya Powder
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste
  9. Curry Leaves
  10. Coriander Leaves
  11. Butter
  12. Lime 
  13. Garam Masala powder


  • In a pan, add oil, whole garam masala and jeera seeds
  • Add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, turmeric salt and mutton and let it fry.
  • Add some water and cook with closed lid till mutton is soft and well cooked
  • Take another pan, add butter, ground garlic, pepper corns, jeera (along with little jeera)
  • Add green chillies (half slit) and curry leaves.
  • Add half a tsp of chili, jeera and dhaniya powder and fry will.
  • Add cooked mutton, cook till almost dry and add coriander leaves.
  • Cook till dry, add lime and serve.
