Malai Paneer

Ingredients:
1. Jeera
2. Pepper Corns
3. Garam Masala
4. Onions
5. Tomatos
6. Paneer
7. Cashew nuts


  • Take oil, saute jeera, garam masala
  • Add pepper corns and cut onions and saute till onions get soft
  • Add cut tomatos and continue to saute.
  • Take the fired mixture and add a bit of panner cut into fine pieces with some cashews and grind it into a fine paste.
  • Fry some paneer cubes in the same pan.
  • Add the ground gravy from the mixer.
  • Add chilli powder and salt and let it cook till one boil.
  • Add a little bit of cream.
  • Add coriander and some roasted cashews as seasoning.
