Paneer sautéed with Bell Peppers & Onions

·         Cut some paneer into long strips
·         In a vessel, add the panner with some oil, chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, dhaniya powder & crushed kasuri methi
·         Set aside for 10 minutes
·         Fry the paneer mixture in a pan.
·         Once the panner is taken out – add large cut pieces of onion & bell pepper
·         Mix well until all the remaining masala in on the vegetables.
·         Cut one tomato into large pieces & remove the seeds.
·         Once the paneer is fried & has become slightly hard remove from the pan.
·         In the same pan add the cut onions & bell peppers with a bit of oil and sawtey until the onions reduce.
·         Once they are done, add the tomato and cook for a minute.
·         Add the paneer and toss for another minute.
·         Add lemon juice to the dish & serve hot.
