- In a dry mixer, take around 8-9 red chilles, jeera seeds & a pinch of salt and grind it
- add soya sauce, oil, g&g paste & lemon juice to the ground mix, and make it into a paste
- Add some additional grated ginger to the mix.
- mix the chicken pieces, with the paste and let it marinate
- cut some spring onions into small pieces
- cut 2 tomatoes (remove the pulp) and make them big slices
- take the pulp and put int the mixer and grind it.
- After the chicken has marinated for about 30 minutes
- In a pan, add some oil & put the cut greens
- Take only the chicken pieces in the mix & start cooking it.
- Add some water to the leftover masala, the pulp from the mixer
- Once the chicken is mostly cooked - add the masala and continue cooking it.
- In a dry pan/kadai - add some sesame seeds and dry fry it.
- once the color starts changing a bit - add a little bit of broken cashews.
- add some cut coriander - to the sesame/cashew mix.
- add the mix to the chicken & toss for a minute
- serve hot with fried rice.
