Sweet Corn Chicken Soup



Ingredients:
Sweet Corn tin (cream style) - 1/2 tin
Stock (thick) - 750 ml
Ajinomoto - a pinch
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Boiled Chicken - 300 gms
Eggs - 2 nos
Corn flour - 4 tbsp
Spring Onions - 2
Salt - to taste

  1. Combine sweet corn, stock, ajinomoto, pepper, sugar, salt, ginger paste & bring it to a boil
  2. Simmer, uncovered for 30 mins, add chicken & mix well
  3. Add corn flour mixed with water & stir
  4. Add beaten eggs, stir continuously
  5. Sprinkle spring onions on top and serve hot.

Veggie Version: In place of eggs and chicken, use vegetables.
after step 2, add the vegetables & skip step 4.
