Egg Pepper Curry

  • Boil three eggs
  • Take a dry mixer, add 4 green chilies, 3 red chilies , some pepper corns, jeera seeds and lots of coriander seeds, some garam masala powder, salt and coconut 
  • Grind it into a fine paste.
  • Take oil in a pan , add mustard and dry masala and fry it (once fried, remove it)
  • Add little oil in a pan, add chopped onions, fry it till it gets golden brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste then add 2 chopped tomatoes, once it's cooked add the fried mixture.
  • Fry it for a while till water oozes out of the tomatoes.
  • Add some water, cover it and let it boil.
  • Add little bit of turmeric, cut the boiled egg into half put the yolk side down into the gravy leave it for a while and and slowly turn and take any excess yolk out and mix it into the gravy (this will reduce the spice)
  • Add coriander leaves and line and serve hot.
